Had trouble with the add of an emergency contact. My son’s last name is not the same as mine and for some reason it wouldn’t work in the system and kept erroring out. It was very frustrating and at the end we ended up putting our last name on it and it went through. So false information works for your system versus real information. Seemed sketchy.

Did not have a drop off location for keys. Had to drop key to personnel. Hopefully it gets returned correctly so I am not charged

PABLO OTruck was old and rately, poor customer service, I picked up the truck with 1/4 tank fuel, and when’s dropping off was told the by the representative that it was at 1/2 tank want to charge me $48. more for fuel. I told him that is not right, to end the confusion I add $15. extra fuel, please be aware of this, I have the contract showing 1/4 and and a photo of 1/2 at drop off.
