Activate a phone line so the retail customer can interface with the point of purchase. The dislocation between your customer and the point of purchase is detrimental to your brand and creates inconveniences and inefficiencies that may outweigh any perceived advantages in utilizing a remote call center.

First off I was sent to another location further away to get the truck. When arriving the truck wasn't there. I had checked in online and it still took over 30 minutes before I requested to be transferred. Lady didn't inform me until the end what the problem was. Bad location and service.

I feel a little bias after receiving service At this facility. I ask a very simple question of the service tech ( very polite) that was helping me with renting a trailer. The tech said let me ask my supervisor named MEAGAN if she rent would be willing to rent a 2 inch ball for my hitch. He demeanor totally changed since I am of minority decent. The tech even felt embarrassed and apologized for her tone and prejudice actions. I will never rent from this facility again as long as MEAGAN works there.**** Recommend you screen your employees for customer relations training. I'm a 26 year veteran and have never felt this level of DISCRIMINATION anywhere!!! Recommend Meagan readdress her story since I watch her provide the same service that I asked of her to someone else and the tech even verified she had done this for other customers.
