I dropped off the truck at 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon and the office was packed with customers. Only had two staff members working, one in the inside and one outside, took me 30 minutes to check out.

Make your online and phone services better synchronized so that mishaps like happened to me are avoided.
Also, the 1600 Woodson location needs much larger signage from the road, and at least some kind of signage on the building that shows that it is a Uhaul listened dealer.

The truck I drove was VERY UNSAFE!!!!!! it needs to be taken out of service until repaired or retired!!!! I would never return to this location for rentals. When I told the attendant the truck was UNSAFE his remark to me "I am sorry to hear that" and it went no further. I will tell all that I know not to rent from this location as the trucks are VERY UNSAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finding the entrance and desk was not easy. Long line and only one person handling the desk. It takes too long to check out.

The checkout procedure could be a little more streamlined. I waited for over 25 minutes just to true up my bill and leave. Getting the vehicle took less than 10 minutes, and there were more people in line when I was picking up. Still, good service and a good price. Thanks!

The truck was "older" than I expected. The cargo bay leaked, the driver side lock was broken, the gas gauge was always fluctuating ( making it very difficult to return it with the same amount of fuel).
