For got to tell them one of the running lights on the driver side fend has a short in it. It goes on and off.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the drop off location because I never made it there. The final topper on this disappointing rental experience was when the starter broke on the truck and I had to utilize your roadside assistance. The truck had to be taken to a repair shop after it broke down on me, therefore I never dropped it off.

Check the wiring on the trailer. I had a friend follow me and said the brake lights and turn lights wasn't working.

The gentleman who received the trailer was also very polite. I have absolutely no complaints about that. One glitch: One of the trailer rams fell out not once, but twice during the trip. Somewhere along the way, the red lens on the tail light also fell off. However, the car was firmly affixed and the trip went well. I would use your service again.

We will NEVER use uhaul again! but for others, it would be nice if your staff was educated on helping people, doing their job correctly. Then customer service should ACTUALLY get back to people and learn what ASAP means, because 6 days is not ASAP and esp not when we had to keep contacting them. Also, customer service should not yell at people or be unpleasant. Emails should be replied to. We are currently still waiting for a reply from 1/9. We waited 6 days for a phone call that was promised in 48 hours! and we found out today that our u-boxes are going to be shipped to a different location, over 90 min & a ferry ride, away from us.... We have had to be FIGHTING to get u-haul to just do their job right and it has been extremely stressful! This is the worst customer service ever. I asked to speak to a higher up and the lady gave me an email contact; that has not replied. I have all of this documented and plan to send it to the better business bureau.
