The truck cab was totally disgusting! Someone had smoked and left ashes and plus it was overall very dirty. We had to clorox it before we could start our trip as the smell was giving us a headache! Totally unsatisfactory

Leyla was great in setting up my trailer. She is very professional and courteous.

add adequate parking for customers. I had to cross a busy street to ask the dunkin dougnuts owner if I could leave my car in there lot for the day.

I brought in 5 unused boxes but was told unless I had a paper receipt I couldn’t Get credit for returning them. I did not have a receipt.

The chains attached to the hitch were too long and were dragging on the road, creating sparks from the friction. We had to stop a few times to try to secure the chains in a different way to prevent this from happening.

We rented a truck smaller than needed due to a problem with a different company. Everyone, especially Kattie at Noyes, was very understanding and helped us in every way they could. However, the truck really had a difficult time being loaded and towing the listed vehicle. It dropped to 40 MPH.

I have nothing fancy to report. Customer interaction with Uhaul was great, vehicle did exactly what was expected, vehicle was in great shape, price came within 3 dollars of estimate. Oh, and 40 bucks a day for a 26 foot truck is a steal in my mind.

There was a line of people waiting to pick up trucks while only one person was working to check them in. In the meantime another UHaul employee came in and talked to the woman doing the check ins, trying to clear out the line. The woman working to check people in had to tell the other employee that she would get to his request when she had cleared up the line of people waiting for help. Obviously the customers waiting were more important. He then walked outside leaving her with a line of customers 4 deep. I’m not sure what he thought was more important than getting customers out the door to start their moving plans but it was annoying to see him not focusing on the customers waiting in line.

Have appropriate tools readily available to undo trailer hitch instead of having to wait for improvised solution.

The van that I was given smelled like an ashtray even with windows open. Also thought it rather redundant to pay 19.95 for van, mileage for use and also fill with gas. Seems two of the three would suffice.

When I asked for help getting around closely parked vans in my 17' Uhaul employer seemed frustrated by my request

The day i called for Reservation i had spent 5 26 seconds on hold before being directed. I then placed order for a car dolley for the weekend. They asked me a good 30 questions from the car im towing, Size, condition, motor or not, and more they then started asking about whats going to be pulling the dolley. MY POINT is after driving 60 minutes to rent this dolley and get home and try koading my 74 Nova i came to realize the dolley is a compact vehicle dolley thata not even wide enough for my CAR!! My wife (who works 10 min away) drove to uhaul and find a solution. THEY OFFERED for her to go back home pick up the dolley amd bring it back before 5pm for a upgrade to a hauler for $10 more!! No apologies, they tactually tols her that "Their system hasnt lied before", Basiclly calling her a liar. Ao after that experience i bring the dolley back this am at 8:34, I get there and its closed till 9am....I then find a man thats arriving and he tells me its gonna be a minute they closed blah blah blah. 15 min later its off my truck and he says "well you paid cash so not sure what to do" Basiclly because they didn't open till 9am i paid a full price because of cash? (rented till 5th 2pm) Im up s@#t creek. They didnt offer refund kr any help. I got a trailer for 2 days i couldnt use vecause its so unsafe and ill be damn if my 74 nova flys off a trailer at 55

We drove 26 miles. Even after refueling of 2 gallon. U hall charged us for 3 gallons of fuel total $13.25. This is insane!

We were told to fill the tank to half which is where we got it. We drove about 24 miles and we were told it gets about 10 miles to the gallon. We put in 3 gallons and when we started the car, it wasn't at half. So we put in another 3 gallons and it still didn't register at half. We showed the owner who checked us in our receipts, and he said it was no problem. There MUST be a better way. We paid too much and that's wrong. Otherwise, the whole experience went very well.

I went in and rented a trailer for a quick (30 minuet, 1.5 mile trip). Was offered a 4x7 as requested, then told it wasn’t available. They instead have me a 5x9 for the same price. Good start, but it was all downhill from there: told to go out and he would be out to hook up my trailer in a moment. 30 minuets later I went back inside and had to ask again to get someone to come out and hook it up / check it. Returned 30 minuets later (or less?) to return it. Told they needed to check it over first etc. so he would be right out to do so. 20 minuets later I went back inside and had to ask again. The guy came out, complained the trailer was filthy (exactly the same condition I received it in) after explaining that, he decided he would, this one time, waive the cleaning fee. Then proceeded to try and charge me the full price for the 5x9 trailer. Ended up having to go back inside to get it corrected. Second time this location has given me problems. I won’t be going there again. So very irritated

Outside area was cramped for space - took some time to dig out our trailer. Part of this may have been because the date on my registration was incorrect.

The 24/7 pickup routine is maddeningly slow. Took half an hour! I understand security concerns but does it really have to take that long? MAJOR turnoff that will probably have me look somewhere besides Uhaul if that system doesn't get streamlined. Then they gave me crap because I was half an hour late! Well, fix your system and that won't happen. The truck was fine and the staff tried to be helpful, but the 24/7 system needs to be fixed or scrapped.

Rent Vans with a full tank of gas so this store doesn't cheat you. I was charged for 3 gallons for 17 miles. Before I left I called to tell them that the gas gauge was marked incorrectly. They agreed to change it. Apparently they did not and then way OVERCHARGED me for gas that already there.
