Great job. Not easy but she made it an easy process and fixed things that were odd, like having two reservations....Thanks for working through this and noticing it. Sarah

The employees were polite and very quick to help on any questions.

My van did state that it needed an oil change. That is the only thing that was less than top shelf.

Same problem as pickup. Multiple locations and had to drive the truck and tow dolly across a new, unfamiliar town in order to get everything turned in. I think it's critical to note that this is a possibility when renting a tow dolly (or similar additional equipment). The pick up and drop off were the most stressful part of the experience.

We dropped off our U-Haul truck at U-Haul of Burlington on Riverside Ave after hours. There are designated parking lanes for returning trucks, but they can fill up on busy weekends. +++++ There is a Cumberland Farms (gas station) next door -- open 24 hours -- very convenient for filling the gas to required level before returning.

All interactions with staff were very positive. Everyone I encountered had a good attitude, and was helpful. Equipment was rock solid.

Uhaul has quite a bit of customer service issues. We were told we had a truck and then later told we didn't. Got it from another location and paid the mileage. Day we used the truck this location called and asked if we still wanted it. We told them we were told they didn't have one. We paid for 179 miles to get another one.

There should be a pre-inspection with the customer to identify any truck damage prior to it going out. When given the van, I did not notice that there was some damage on the rear door and when I returned it and the damage was noticed, I had to explain that I did not do it. Fortunately, I was believed, but it made the return uncomfortable for me. Please do a thorough pre-inspection with customers before releasing vehicles to ensure this type of situation does not happen.

Clearly a very busy time for moving. The wait was long due to that and a blocked driveway. Seemed a bit disorganized as well. But everyone was helpful and the equipment worked perfectly.

They were very quick when checking in.

It would be nice to get our truck at the requested time. We lost half a day because the pick up was in the PM instead of the AM. Further, the Uhaul employees could be more helpful when loading and unlaoading a vehicle on to a trailer.

parking at this location is hard. too many trucks on lot

Quick process and easy to get in and out. Nice staff.

I thought I read the gauge right when it came to filling up gas upon return and I followed the guide given me on how to do it and I ended up filling the tank up a quarter more than what I should have. I think it only appropriate that the difference should be reimbursed and that it shouldn’t just be the loss of the customer. It may be the company policy, but it’s not good business. As far as the staff and the truck itself I have no complaints. Thank you.

They charged me for a dent that was already there. Drove 5 miles, paid for the insurance, and charged me $150 for the dent that was there in the beginning that I did not do and 2 others with saw was there before I left the parking lot. Person there was extremely rude and said manager was too busy too discuss, since “busiest day” for them. Horrible experience!!!!

Woman at the counter was great, friendly and helpful.

The folks that were helping were really great, but there were too few people at the desks. For days that you know it's going to be crazy you need to up your staffing.

I ordered online and it still took over 45 minutes for me just to get paperwork and trailer. Not including this hooked to my car.

Uhaul.com has some issues, but this location on Riverside Dr always has their act together??

Little larger parking lot would be nice and maybe another person checking people out during the late afternoon hours
