Debra M | Overall ExperienceThe fact that I cannot access my unit after hours is a deal breaker for me. I was told that I had access after hours. SO I loaded up my car with stuff, and I showed up at the storage facility 15 minutes after office hours only to find out that I could not access my storage locker. I now have a car full of stuff, that I cannot put anywhere, that I am driving going to work and other places around for days, and that I cant unload until tomorrow, which will be a total of 3 days. What a pain in the A--!!! Had I known, or if someone at U-Haul told me, I would not have rented this locker. I will find a new facility and move my belongings elsewhere.

Brenda m | Overall ExperienceThe staff was helpful, but the experience was awful. They gave us a smaller unit than we reserved and tried to shut us out while moving in, even though we were late because they wouldn't help us. The facility is not built for carrying heavy objects, even though that is literally why it exists. The carts they provide are almost impossible to use, and my unit ended up being up a set of stairs (not what I ordered). It was a very stressful and tiring experience.

PATRICIA O | Overall ExperienceType of storage users: out-of-state 22 year olds moving for law school. Checking in: Checking in was easy, the staff was helpful and they upgraded my storage unit to a larger size same day upon request; however, very little parking area. Free dolly's for a faster process! Area had a lot of individuals wondering, but the facility felt very secure! Checking out: We had sudden life changes; so, we moved out of the storage unit within a week. There was a rat/mouse posion box in our unit, but with our stuff being in there for only five (5) days our belongings were covered in rat droppings. Whatever poison they had in the unit does not work. There are signs that advertise the ability to pay a dumping fee in order to use the u-haul facilities dumpsters; yet, when I asked how much the fee was they said they no longer have that amenities despite it advertised all over the facility. Confidently though, they have a furniture recycling area and a clothing donation bin with in the facility, which (based on the facilities advertised signs) is free for use!
