My only complaint was I called and chatted with employee and customer service representative the day before I my unit and asked and told them please do not charge my card for May and they told me ok but May 1st they charged me anyway all I want is my money back for May please.

I was looking at several options in the Boston area but stopped looking after seeing the Hyde Park location. He personally assisted me with my selection, took me to see several spaces, and did everything he could to be helpful. I am an elderly person and felt his willingness to help was what made me choose U-Haul.

tobi g | Overall ExperienceTrailer rental was a disaster as the equipment wasn’t available as scheduled well in advance. Alternative place was a random gas station with no instructional help. Storage facility was clean but old and in an area I do t consider safe. Storage access didn’t work the first two visits, but on the last day a different manager figured it out.
