Vet you agents. Immigrants are not always the best choice and much better inspections and over sight CCas well as fines need to be made to these types of operations.
WILLIAM AMan at counter was not helpfull at all, he did not honor the contract, charged me for extra day after I repeatedly asked him to check notes as he would see extra day free rental and extra free km. Also told him about leak in roof of truck and some of my belongings being damaged from water, he did not care, he was very unprofessional. Horrible experience.

CRYSTAL LWhen I went to pick up the trailer I waited for 20 minutes to for someone to come to the desk to help me. There were employees around and none of them were willing to help me. The location is quite sketchy in general. It did not feel safe inside. When I went to drop it off the experience was better.
