The only disappointing thing was that we reserved a dolly but when we got there, they didn't have any dollies. If you reserve something it should be set aside for you when you pick up your truck/items.

Location had no parking and no place to park alongside rd. Had to walk half mile in rain. Also, truck interior was dirty and and handling was horrible. Altogether a terrible experience.

The only improvement would be customer parking. Wiygul doesn't allow any uhaul customers to park on the grounds, I had to park five blocks.

Your associate did not tell me the truth of the contract. I did ask to drop the vehicle at my point of destination. She said it is ok not knowing that it is a local bound and cannot be drop out side location. It cause me more than twice the price for keeping it the next day.

The shoulder strap of the driver's seat belt would not tighten, only the waist strap. The truck had a malfunctioning fuel gauge. Total miles put on the 26' that I rented were 25, yet the needle never moved after putting 10 gallons of fuel into it before turn in.

I reserved 2 dollies since we were moving from a condo building and when we picked up the truck they were out. We had to buy a dolly so we didn't have to carry all the boxes the long distance. The dollies should have been saved for us.

We did not want this particular pickup location. Despite having a couple of ways to reach us to advise the truck was going to go elsewhere, we were never contacted about the change in location.
The problems started with our original choice of pickup location - they referred us to UHaul's website, and were completely unhelpful in setting up the rental.
Additionally, we are tax exempt and there was nothing on your computer site to allow for this adjustment.
I had to make approximately (6) telephone calls the morning of the pickup to everywhere, including UHaul's corporate offices, to make this rental. The shop where we picked up the rental would not make the calls to UHaul, but advised us to do it.
Whole process was unacceptable.

The vehicle was not full with gas when I purchased it. The receptionist was not helpful when I had questions about the truck and the costs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
