First, the hours of the location were different online and in person, so when we went to drop the truck off there was no one there. The area is riddled with heavy construction traffic that made it dangerous to navigate and is probably the worst imaginable location to conduct the business of swapping out trucks in the greater area, as it's narrow, overgrown, covered in gravel and crowded with large vehicles that clog up traffic. The QR code on the poster that was supposed to explain everything didn't work for me, even after I cleared off the weeds, so we had to sit and call the corporate office, waiting a long time on the phone, to complete what should have been a process that took only a few minutes. It was very frustrating.
