I reserved one at a different location and it was not there so I had to come here. The girl told me there’s a caution pop up on my name when I got there, yet I had never did anything to warrant that. No one let me know the auto transport was additional to the already $2700 I spent. I was quoted $2600 online for both. Paid additional $300+

They failed to tighten down the towing connection, so the trailer popped off the tow ball on the freeway and did major damage to my vehicle. I'd avoid this location or be sure to check all trailer hookups.
