There was some mis-information regarding what could not be done with a trailer we were transporting for u-haul to Harrisburg, but that was provided by personnel in AZ, and does not reflect on the Edsall location.

The equipment turn in for trailers were around back and I wish there were signs distinguishing between truck and trailer drop off. I had to circle around for a bit.

They need to have a comen sense and good service , they make me paid old scracht on top of the van which never happen any damed by me. I suppose to be responsible only for the yellow pillars on top on the van.

I called U-Haul from the parking lot of a Home Depot, desperate for a solution to the tragic circumstances in which I found myself: Home Depot's key to their *single* cargo van *did not work* - and, due to Home Depot's inefficient operations, I was now late, without a vehicle, for the appointment for which I had to have cargo van space. Compared to the nightmare of attempting to rent from Home Depot, my experience with U-Haul was truly a dream come true. I can't emphasize enough how efficient and streamlined my encounter with you all was! Kudos to the kind call center employee who helped me reserve a cargo van in what felt like TWO MINUTES from my phone, and your Edsall Rd store team was super quick and streamlined in getting me on the road. Incredibly, your van was 1/3 the price of the Home Depot van rental! I have been raving to anyone who will listen about the professionalism and efficiency of your operation. Thank you!

There’s something fishy going on with your gas gauges and mileage. The gas gauge appeared to be on full when I picked up the truck. I only drove 14 miles on this rental - and confirmed by my receipt. Yet somehow it took 6 gallons to top off the tank before I turned it in. Do those trucks really only get 2 MPG? I feel like I was somehow given a truck that really wasn’t full of gas.

I used Premier Movers who picked up and delivered my U-Box container. They arrived on time and packed my U-Box container by handling everything with care, organizing the space extremely well.

The nastiest customer service ever & I was there more than an hour to close the ticket but the app wasn’t working so I went to the office right around 7pm and the guy with mask said “WE ARE CLOSED” so called the customer service on the phone & she said they wouldn’t charge me $20 after hour fee but they went a head charge me anyways !!!

The people I spoke to were helpful and appropriate. But I had problems with the vehicle, a Dodge Ram cargo van. I couldn't lock the doors from the outside, and the instructions in the owner's handbook didn't match what was actually on the door. In the fuel gauge, I couldn't see a marker that indicated the fuel level, so the fuel gauge was useless.

The pick up was fast and easy, I got a call from Joe an hour before picking up the rental to let me know the pick up truck I chose wasn’t going to be available on time, he immediately accommodated a cargo van which I think worked better than the truck. Great costumer service.

This was an almost perfect experience. We’ll be using UBox to move in the future. The best was the customer service and the accurate notifications. Your smartphone app and website, however, is the worst. This should have been the easiest for you. I ended up calling customer service more frequently than necessary. Spend some money on software engineers and test your software carefully. This will save you money in the long run.

No furniture was sent so I didn't need pads. I think the idea of a box on a skid is genius. It was a very easy experience. The cost was a lot for me, but more competitive than other means of transport. Thank you.

To be honest I had a different experience with every representative, but they were all professional and nice it’s just that one or two of them didn’t not know the information they were presenting me with and my first representative did not add the insurance and locks like requested I found out when boxes arrive without and I went back and looked at my statement. Overall wonderful easy experience specially when I moved pretty much across the country

Hello, I used U-Haul U-Box for my move from Arlington, Virginia to Charlotte, NC (the U-Box was packed on April 16th and it was delivered on April 27th). The Reservation Number is #13356137. I was very pleased with my decision to choose U-Haul U-Box for the move - I chose it over PODS and other moving services. Just about everything worked out very well. The only disappointment was a $50 TV stand came out broken (I have photos of it). I did not purchase the $65 insurance policy for the move so I am not filing any damage claims through RepWest. I would like to know if anything can be done about the damaged TV stand. Except for that, the U-Haul customer service representatives were excellent and extremely helpful throughout my move process and all of my other things were received efficiently and safely. I would definitely consider doing U-Haul U-Box again and would recommend it to any friends or family that need help with their move. Thank you for your help. Best, A.J.

This is the best location in the area. The staff is professional and attentive. The trucks are clean and everything is organized as I should. I never had an issue here, and will continue renting my trucks from this location!

There is a young lady working behind the counter this morning who was rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even say hello when I greeted her and after checking my vehicle in, she walked over, gave me receipt and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was leaving and turned back to her and said “your customer service is awful”. She said whatever. I said I would review this place - she responded by saying she didn’t care. As a business owner of an OTR trucking company, I feel bad for U-Haul having someone trying to destroy the company’s reputation. I will not return to this location.

The only thing I would say is there was a bit of a wait when picking up the truck (10"). There was only 1 person working at the location and even though its slow with customers, it took us about 30 mins to pick up and check out the truck. Other then that, it was easy and convenient.

Excellent service and friendly employees. The only issue was the right mirror was hard to adjust to the best view of the driver. It was a safety concern for me during driving.

The truck was in poor condition, the driver-side mirror was loose, and I had to drive with my arm out to constantly reposition it. On my way to return the truck, I stopped at a gas station a mile away from the U-Haul lot to refuel. I made sure it was 3/8 full, and still, I was charged 3 gallons extra.

U-Haul to the rescue. We had a family emergency that required moving a family member out of an apartment and storing contents. U-HAUL provided a U-box on a trailer and moving team. After 18 months in storage we retrieved everything which was maintained in excellent condition. Uhaul loaded the container on a trailer for us to bring the contents home. Staff was great. Will use and recommend U-Haul everytime
