Jose CI have used this location twice for my U-Haul rentals. All was well with this one rental until I received the digital receipt. I reserved a van for a 24-hour period at $19.99 plus $30 for insurance. I returned the van the same day, however, when I received my receipt I was charged $169. This is robbery and I will be visiting the location in-person to settle this discrepancy. I am not hopefully I will be successful but will certainly try.
Kellie TThis location reminded me of a few places I've been in third-world countries. I would never want my wife or daughter to be there alone. While the gentleman who checked me out was helpful, the "staff" inside the facility did not present a professional appearance. The office was unkempt, if not disgusting.
David KThe signage of JT enterprise was not there however there was a U-Haul sign so it was a little confusing. The parking situation was also unclear.
