How U-Haul Reviews Workone of the gentleman working was verrrry rude to another costumer. made you all look real bad
Eric FI found everything to be smooth and operational, the app worked great no interference. Friend if you are reading this i have good news JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU.
Leonel AThis person was very slow and unprofessional. He was late and did not respect the customer’s time. After arriving late, he opened the office and it took almost 40 minutes just to install the U-Haul equipment. His behavior with customers was not good.
NESAR HI was mislead by the fuel reading on the truck rented. I put gas on the truck and the needle wouldn't go up, I kept putting gas and the gas needle still wouldn't go up. I ended up filling the tank and the gas needle still wouldn't go up. I drove back the truck to the place I rented and the gas needle slowly went up (after 30mins). I dont want to think that uhal is misleading customers into spending more money than they need to on gas. This was very frustrating experience and quite nerve-wracking. I need customer service to reimburse me for the unnecessary money I spent on gas. The truck was given to me with less than half of tank.
