I would like some type of refund, the vehicle we rented was disgustingly! They said no smoking with the previous people that hadn’t had smoked in there left cigarettes in the cupholder. The dashboard was completely nasty sticky with some kind of liquid.. not only that the 24 hour pick up process was horrible. I had to sit out there for 30 minutes just to get my key.
