The UHAUL truck the night before had not be checked-in. I only drove 11 miles and end-up paying $31.65 in gas. I was only 7 minutes away from the location. Plus, I was over charged. I was charged $144.43 when the bill should have been 67.25. Plus, I feel that I paid for someone else gas mileage. The truck was great. It was the customer service at location. I had to wait after cashier had started the process as she waited on the grocery customers. Again, the UHAUL truck was great.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe people that rented the trailer were awesome. The trailer looked good, however the tires were so out of balance that it drove so awful I thought my truck was messed up. Mind you I have a 22 F250 and I have towed a lot of trailers and this one was absolutely the worst. Please get this trailer checked out. Other than the bumpy ride, everything else was a breeze.
Charles CSince we were dropping off on a Sunday, the main rental shop was closed. A sign on the door directed us to the Food Mart but it was unclear who to speak to once inside. I spoke with a cashier and she seemed to know what to do, so we were taken care of.
