My review sounds worse than it was. The worker was attentive,efficient and kind. The UHAUL was dirty, but it was an enclosed trailer, not something I was sitting in to drive. The location of the UHAUL is in a "shady" part of town, so I would not recommend going after dark.

I called a day in advance to the 800 # to get a 14' truck and when I got there they didn't have one. But the manager at the location took care of me. I was dissapointed after explaining to a cstomer rep my request was not implemented.
