REGINALD F801 lee st was an abandoned building. The app gave no clear instructions to where the drop off place for the key was. I left the key in the driver side door cup holder because I had no other option. Definitely not recommending this drop off location especially at night.
KATIE jgreat service. i was having some technical challenges with my phone. the customer service rep was very helpful in assisting me. I also needed truck outside of normal business hours. the person came in early just to help with my rental. will surely rent from this location again.
