Drop off was very scary. It was in the bad part of time. Couldn't find the drop off box. No one was around and it was very sketchy. Thankfully, we called U Haul, and they gave us a different drop of place. Which was a lot better. You need to check out these drop off points to make sure they are legit.

Johnny STerrible!! I wasn’t able to get the U-Haul because the lock wouldn’t no open for me to get the keys to truck. Was sent to another location and got there and that key for the second truck was missing. Waste of time waste of money. I will be using PENSKE from now on
