Have a better person working the location is where you can start. My experience with U-Haul was horrible to where I wouldn’t ever rent with them again. I paid for a certain dolly that the site said was available but when I arrived the worker said she didn’t have any and I would have to call around and go find my own. How unprofessional! After calling 5 places and driving to 3 different locations I finally had to settle for another dolly, which I had to pay for again and fight to get the first location to refund my money. I called the lady at the first location to tell her and she tells me she’s driving so she will do it when she parks. As expected she never did it and stopped answering my calls. Eventually at another location a worker ended up helping me by filling out a report and submitted it to a person who finally issued my refund. This whole experience was horrible as it set me way back in my day from cleaning out a house that needed to be cleared out by end of the day!

JANET TZero sense of urgency with this place. They did not even have the keys to the truck there. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for some guy to drive there and bring them to us.

HOWEVER… employee Ms. Veronica assisted me TREMENDOUSLY after my U-haul’s 1st reservation/1st location was dishonored. Veronica was VERY professional, polite, and turned my bad experience around. Veronica is definitely an asset to your company!

I think was threatened by "Lex" of the staff on site because in his mind Im his child and I have to do things because " he says so" even after i try to disengage from the conversation and finish my checkout online I WILL NEVER RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION AND WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA WHAT I EXPERIENCED.
