Way overpriced on the cost per mile. 59cents, plus $19.95, plus gas refill. I can find better.

I called the day before I picked the unit up to see if I could get a different size and more miles, but the person on the phone had difficulties with English and couldn't understand what I wanted. When I pick the truck up, the Computer was down, so the attendant had to call a manager at another location. I ordered 36 blankets but only received 30. The attendant said he would make a correction to the contract. He didn't.

We rented a 14 foot truck. We ended up only needing it for 1 day instead of 2 so we returned it early, in hopes that we would maybe get a refund. But they said we would not get a refund of any kind. Seems like thats a little messed up considering they could turn around and rent it to someone else.

Reservation is messed up. I never ever do Online reservation. I ordered with Appliances dolly. They did not have one. Finally I got take UHaul 5 miles to take Appliance dolly for rental in a different place. So I wasted $5 just get Appliance dolly and return it back.
It is 50% of Appliance dolly rental price.

I really liked my experience... I booked the reservation at noon and I was there 10mins later the truck was waiting for me. The rental process took a whole because the stores Internet was acting up but he gave is free coffee and was very friendly...
