I reserved the truck online. When we arrived at the rental site, the truck was ready to take. This was the easiest rental I have ever experienced. I will definitely rent from them again.
Rebecca AThe truck had not been cleaned or swept out since the last renter. The location owner ‘activated’ my rental before I had picked up the truck, so I couldn’t do anything in the app. I had to go into the gas station, where he took a picture of my ID then just gave me the keys. While the truck got the job done, I would not use this location again.
SIMON HDirty inside cab and smelled. NO professional service from this location. Pads I ordered were no in truck, asked this man & he said they had none then, he appeared with pads.
Jack HI did mobile drop off. Didn’t see or talk to anyone. The app picked this location which wasn’t the closest for me but it was fine.
