When I picked up the truck the appliance dolly I reserved was unavailable and I don't have a way to notate that in my drop off information so I don't want to get charged for the dolly I didn't receive.

ELIZABETH EMake sure if the customer doesn't ask for furniture pads, they are not added to the order and then not given to him. Probably just a small oversight given the rest of my experience at this location.
