The owner was very helpful but the UHaul pickup process was incredibly frustrating and difficult. I couldn't get the app to scan my license and then we had to list phone numbers of people to verify us. I've never had to do that. After 10 minutes of trying to get signed in, the app lost all of our information and we had to start over. We eventually had the owner of the location sign us in manually. If it hadn't been for him, I don't know that we would have been able to pickup the vehicle using the automated process.

The check-in process and knowledge of employee was subpar. Internet connection was not good in this area therefore it made things difficult upon and check-in and check-out. Being able to fill all information other than pictures before pick-up would be ideal.
Cheryl PClean the interior. I had to clean up slim jims and bottle off the floor. Stock supplies in sufficient quantities. Blankets were not available
