I was upset that I was charged for 3 gallons of gas when I did fill the fuel up. The tank was 3/8 full when I picked it up so it was hard to gauge how much fuel to put back in it. I contacted Uhaul and they ended up crediting me for the 3 gallons to make it right.

Everything went well except the quote. I originally had Cumming, GA quoted but then switched to Charlotte as I took off. When I figured out I could make Cumming in 5 days, I changed the drop off back to the original quote. They said no problem and no extra charge. I said ok as I thought it would actually be even less per the original quote. At any rate, I was satisfied with paying the same, but then I received my bill and they charged me extra for the mileage. This was not voiced to me or emailed to me at all. Please credit this extra amount tacked on to my bill. Thank you. Rob [redacted]
