This location was great taking care of me. On the other hand; With 8 retailers in my area U-Hauls Central traffic control made no prior effort to ensure a truck was within my area (reasonable distance) to pick up expecting me to drive over an hour to retrieve a truck.

Person didn't show up on time. I originally scheduled my trailer for a 1 pm pickup but call the day before to change it to morning. She didn't answer her phone. I never saw her at all, she sent someone else and I left without I contract. A real shit show.
Chuck PageFANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANGELA
Anton SchmidtPart of this issue was that there was no one there when I dropped off a 6'x12' trailer, even though it was during open business hours. Self service drop-off with a large trailer was not something I expected to have to do by myself, especially since the trailers do not come with any sort of tongue jack to safely lift the trailer off the hitch. The self-service drop-off instructions on U-Haul's website were both difficult for a single person to accomplish and unsafe. The huge, glaring safety step the instructions were missing was making sure the trailer's tires were chocked before physically lifting the tongue off the hitch. Not only did I strain my back lifting the trailer, but once I tried to set the tongue down, I discovered that there was a slight slope in the drop-off spot - the trailer started rolling towards the back of my truck. I had to use my body to physically stop the trailer from rolling forward. There was no one around to help and it was raining. I frantically called the number on the side of the building and the owner/employee said that unfortunately, someone stole all of the wheel chocks, but that there were rocks over by the fence, which was about 15 feet away. They offered to call someone to come down to help me, all while I was having to physically stop the trailer from rolling. In the end, I managed to find a big enough rock close enough to the trailer that I could quickly get it in front of one tire, enough to stop it before it hit my truck. I can only imagine if someone with any physical limitations tried to drop off a trailer during business hours, they would have been stuck or had to come back another day. Part of this is on the location, but also on U-Haul's self service instructions, which are missing a huge safety step.
Scott McGeeAngela went above and beyond to help me out with renting a trailer for my move. She was super friendly, knowledgable and it was overall a good experience because of her.
