The owner was friendly and he took care of us when he arrived. My only issue is when we got there the person who works the tint shop was rude and didn't know what to do. He had to call the owner and we waited for him to arrive to help us. I would advise the owner to either train his staff or hire someone at his shop to handle the UHaul portion when he is not there. It makes his business appear unprofessional and can turn people away from wanting to rent a Uhaul. Otherwise, once he got there everything went very smooth.

The employee did not know how to proceed with u-haul procedures - He made a phone call and got everything sorted. Was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use the u-haul business again.
LISA PRep that was inside was not at all helpful with understanding the process on how to obtain the code to get keys. When we called the customer service line, we finally understood the process. Tried getting keys and they were stuck in the lock box…took forever to get them out. Then the key would not open the truck. Had to wait on a call from the location manager and suggested he give us the code to grab another truck instead of waiting for him to get there. A lot of time wasted…location manager did try to help and ultimately got us on our way…but it was not a smooth process.
