This location was the friendliest and had the best customer service I have experienced at any UHaul over my many years of renting. However, the service was slow and took forever to get my truck because of some problem with the computer system.

If a customer DOES NOT ask for moving pads and a dolly, DO NOT put them in the truck. It takes up space and they are cumbersome to navigate around. You are unable remove them because they put little plastic clips you have to break in order to move. If you break the clips, you get charged.
At this location, don't trust a little man named Bill. He has a very poor attitude. On top of that, I brought the truck back with the exact amount of gas that was in the truck when I rented it and he still called me at 8 am the next day to tell me I had to come in and put the proper amount in or they would charge me 30 dollars... Take a picture of the gas gauge with your phone for proof.
Bill is not what you call a "people person" he does not care about the customer.

This was my second time using this location. Once again, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cargo van was clean, a dream to drive, and actually good on gas! Great price. I'd WILL recommend this location to anyone I know who needs to rent a UHaul vehicle! Was a pleasure - thank you!
