The trip ended just as good as it started. I was greated and handled with care by the associate named, Jeff. He provided that excellent care I needed after a 3500 mile trip. My first contact in our new home town and he nailed it. The professionalism and that added touch made all the difference. Thanks Jeff.

meagan was very helpful and went above and beyond in making this special day happen for a group of high/middle school students make it to championships. we are a local high school band/marching band and winterguard group and getting the our equipment to our competitions are very important. having meagan in your service is a wonderful addition to your company... please let her know that we thank her and your company from the bottom of our hearts..she made a group be able to go to championships.

Our movers told us that U-haul usually supplied 10 blankets free of charge and then you pay for extras. We didn't have any blankets in the truck and that would have been helpful.
The rental went very smoothly.

person was 30 minutes late opening store, and there was damage not already logged on the vehicle (was found on the drop off spot 3000 Mulford Rd
Mulberry, FL 33860 plus she changed my address to mulberry so I could drop it off there and that changed my mileage and I was charged extra miles due to this change!

The truck and the employee were both awesome. The computer system was atrocious. We waited for minutes while each screen refreshed. This is not an acceptable way to run a business.
