I was told that I could pick up my vehicle at the same location . When I got home I had a message that I would be picking it up at I different location I called the gentleman that I ordered the truck and he told me that he promised me it would be here. On the morning I went to pick it up another gentleman told me I had to pick it up at another location. I told him to call the other gentleman and he finally let me take someone else’s truck. Not a good start

I did a mobile pickup, everything went smoothly. Easy to locate my vehicle, check in & access keys. A little difficult to take some exterior pics because one side was near a fence.

SEAN DThe vehicles at this location are on their last led. Damage outside is so pervasive it would be simpler to photograph what is NOT damaged. The steering alignment is dangerous since the truck wanders all over the road by itself. The brakes need replacement as well. By far my worst experience with a rental truck.
