How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was told that I could pick up my vehicle at the same location . When I got home I had a message that I would be picking it up at I different location I called the gentleman that I ordered the truck and he told me that he promised me it would be here. On the morning I went to pick it up another gentleman told me I had to pick it up at another location. I told him to call the other gentleman and he finally let me take someone else’s truck. Not a good start
GARY OI did a mobile pickup, everything went smoothly. Easy to locate my vehicle, check in & access keys. A little difficult to take some exterior pics because one side was near a fence.
