I booked it only to pick up at 11am. Then at 10:50, on my way there, I called ahead to make sure everything was ready. They told me that my trailer was at a different location, but they had a different size. Then they told me that if I wanted the different size at their location, I had to pay $50 extra to get it for cancelation fees. I had to call the main Uhaul number to actually be able to get a trailer at the location I wanted. It's like they didn't want me to rent one from them for some reason. I won't even bother trying to rent from this location ever again.

Shaking of tha truck was intolerable, and i don't recommend renting truck fron u-haul at all because of their service location cheat on paper without explaining and going over everything. Also the gas gauge is not specified as its on the paper.

Facility was excellent. Staff was excellent. Truck was clean but should be removed from service until repaired. Engine missed when running, a/c cuts on and off. Rear cargo door jams.and difficult to operate.

We were very disappointed with our order. I ordered a trailer from the Missouri Ave store. They never bothered to tell us that the trailer would be at a different location. My husband (who was by the Belcher store) went to the Missouri location to pick up. When he arrived, they told him it was at the Belcher store. He had to go all the way back to get the trailer. We live in Belleair-which is right by the Missouri store. That is why we selected that location. Not happy at all.

They charged me $10 for cleaning, after watching me sweep the back of the truck for 20 minues , telling me that was good, and then go the email where they charged me and the woman said thwey had to "blow out" the back,,,THAT COSTS $10 I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THAT UHAUL EVER AGAIN, and I rent a truck a week on average

The truck I got (5454) had a problem with the gear position indicator. In order to be in Reverse, the indicator had to be midway between the "P" and "R" letters. Drive was located between the "N" and "D" letters. At times, it was difficult to find "Drive." This is a maintenance issue that requires shop work which I don't consider to be this store's responsibility.

Dont charge people for items that are not correct. I am a hard working parent of 3. Being charged extra fees is wrong and this location just lost a customer. When calling to dispute the charge the employees should be more professional and provide better customer service. Very unsatisfied customer.

My only complaint is that the U-Haul boxes are not as good as they used to be. I carried a bunch of photos around in an old U-Haul box for years. Then, when I bought some new ones for this move I transferred them over to a new box since I figured the old one had just about had it. Before I even got to my new location, the hand holes ripped. So did several of the others. Now I don't feel confident that these new boxes will last long while they are in storage like the old ones did. It's really disappointing.

when i got in the pick up truck i reserved, i noticed that the "tire/air low " indicator stayed on which meant that one of the tires was low on air...before leaving the lot, i went back inside and told the worker who had completed my paperwork about this... she said" don't worry, its just a bad sensor"..i drove the truck only about 20 miles but by the time i got the truck back to the lot, the indicator was telling me i had only 20 psi in the left front tire ( so was it the sensor or the tire? who knows!)...thankfully i didnt have to stop and put air in the tire ! and she was pretty unresponsive when told her this...so, she let me take a truck out that she KNEW had a mechanical problem and seemed unconcerned about that! lots of liability here...good thing the tire didn't go flat and i had an accident...what other problems are they letting slide by? so, these folks won't get my business in the future...and by their casual disregard for the safety/ maintenance of their vehicles, they are giving you-U-Haul- a bad name
