Well, the 2 wheeler is needed to move a 400lb vending machine wasn't there. So I had to waste gas driving around to find one. 100 degrees outside in florida and they could not make self check in easy at all. Pick up was at 4pm and didn't roll out till after 5pm. Over an hour of website and app glitches all related to Uhaul. On top of that the 4 calls! I'll never do this again and lost trust in Uhaul as they still charged me full price. Oh wait, there's more. I received an email 3 days later that I never dropped the truck off, though I only used it for 2 hours. Thank God I had video proof. Uhaul you suck and I'm very disappointed in your company. My bill should of been refunded. Shame on you for making things so complicated and non helpful.
