Made reservation twice in the past month for a truck and appliance dolly. Both times appliance dolly was not available. Told it was first come, first served so in my opinion, customers should not be allowed to reserve an item online if they can't get it when they arrive!

this location saved me after "2291 Monument Bl, Concord, CA 94520" SERIOUSLY dropped the ball. The Concord location screwed up my reservation and did not then have a truck available costing me an entire day of moving help and also creating a much larger expense for me. After using U-Haul for more than 20 years, I will likely not use them again because of this. Though after SEVERAL calls and rude responses, I did reach a very helpful agent that at least allowed me to keep the truck longer at no charge, this NO WHERE covers the expenses I incurred

Trailer was at different location than ordered and supplies were not available, as ordered online. This resulted in considerable delay and inconvenience. Staff were very helpful however.

This Was not My original place that i selected to return the truck at. My place of selection was in pittsburg, ca on BLiss St. Upon trying to drop the truck off i was informed that i could not do so, and not given much details on the nearest drop off location. The clerk was taking personal calls, and really didn't help much. I was treated by the ladies at the Fort KNOX location with kindness, and prefessionalism. If you could kindly provide additional training to the personel at the Bliss Location.

My reserved equipments were not available. Items online not stated as first come first serve. This causes moving large item more difficult and time consuming. Rented equipment from other U-haul many time before and never experienced anything like this before. They are absolutely suck!

Check the integrity of your Movers Help. My help - Brian showed up reaking of alcohol and after slowing around to make UHaul's 3 hrs, told me I was to pay him under the table for the extgra hours we were going to need, saving myself $8 per hour because he would only charge me $40 per hour!! I would never use Movers Helpers again!!! Broke my coffee table and ripped my card table!! Not happy at all!!!!! Then I got charged two travel fees and two adm fees for job done on the same day!!!

fort knox is excellent, this is by far ths friendliest and cleanest,and fastest U-Haul that I have never been. The Reps, from the manager on down are very friendly.
The ssrvice Rep. "Elaine" is AWESOME, This young lady is so professional, friendly, helpful that its unbelievable that she is so young. " She Really Represents Brand" we rent lots of eqjipment and will only use Fort Knox in Pittsburgh,CA.

I reserved an appliance dolly along with the truck and it was unavailable at pick up time. I was told it was first come first served. Whats the use of a reservation then? I had to pick up a dolly at another location. I did get a $10 credit for inconvenience but that was only after I inquired.

Over-estimated the number of furniture blankets we needed. Unfortunately we couldn't return any of them without voiding the entire contract and starting all over. Not possible so I transported them on the move. I opened one set of 6 blankets and they were too filthy to use,,, at least for my furniture. U-haul should inspect these blankets and either wash or clean them if needed before re-using. I ended up buying some new ones and am after a credit from U-Haul for the 2 dozen blankets, none of which I used.

The cargo area of the truck was littered with debris and the truck was pretty beat up with scratches all over both sides. There was also a banging sound whenever I went over a bump not sure why. Maybe something on the undercarriage was loose. The staff was very quick and friendly though.
