The girl working facility (African American) not sure her name has absolutely zero customer service. She is so rude! Doesn't acknowledge customers as they walk in. Ignores them and walks right past them and goes outside. There was a mix up with online reservation. Truck was rented on 9/15 @ 4:30 and returned on 9/16 at 9:30 am. There system was down when truck was returned and just received confirmation and it shows the truck was returned a day later 9/17.

Kris B.The fuel charge is B.S. I put 7.044 gallons in the truck before returning it. My total mileage was 45 miles. With the 3 gallons you charged me for, that's less than 5 miles per gallon.
