En esta tienda el único problema que tuve es que no me dieron la información requerida, pregunté si lo que me cobraban era el monto total o tendría gastos adicionales y me dijeron que ese era el monto total con rodaje gas y demás que al momento de entregar el camión no me cobrarían nada más solo devolvía y ya, y cuando llegó me iba cobrar 60 dólares por gas. Muy mala comunicación solo se aprovecharon de que era mi primera vez rentando este camión. Nunca los recomendaría, adicional me dieron un auto que me dejó varado y tuve que esperar casi dos horas para que llegaran a desvararme.

We have rented uhaul trucks at this location on several ocassions but the customer service we received on 7/19/26 was exceptional. The lady at the front desk accomodated us with kindness and topnotch customer service even on a Sunday afternoon! Highly recommended!
