You reserve equipment not available truck stinks employees are rude from now I’ll just rent from Home Depot where they have all the equipment on in one place

Great customer service
Sandra CWhen my sister and I were picking up the u-haul the employee by the name of Charles, he was wonderful. He was friendly welcoming us to the property. Even though he was working by himself, he still had a smile all the while more customers were coming in the building
Katrina Sadd lighting. offer more pick up locations. i picked up in oakley but was moving from antioch to vallejo. uhaul gave me no option to drop off in or near vallejo so i had to drive all the way back to Pittsburg to drop off my rental. then was charged for extra milage.
EDWARD mThe only downfall to this location is the hours and not having the after hour drop- off but I understand why... so as long as I can get what I need done in those hours I will always use this location because of the customer service!! Excellent!! Oh another note ( and this is not a location thing its a corporate thing im sure) I do not like that i am forced to download your app to view my details.
Corinne BRenting the truck was very easy to do. I had to extend my rental an extra day and was able to do that through the chat option. I will definitely rent from this location again. The ladies who ran the front desk were very helpful.

Chantia MExcellent service! Location is easily accessible, clean, and well organized. Equipment is clean (including the trucks). Staff is prompt, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Overall a very satisfactory experience. This is our 3rd time using this particular U-HAUL location, and we are planning return for another round of rentals in late October/early November.

Azhane SThey just need to verbally reinforce that your 24 hours starts the moment you rent the vehicle which is absolutely ridiculous. Anyone in rental industry-whether it be cars, or anything-give you until THE END OF BUSINESS ON THE DAY THE RENTAL IS DUE.

Tanya TEn esta tienda el único problema que tuve es que no me dieron la información requerida, pregunté si lo que me cobraban era el monto total o tendría gastos adicionales y me dijeron que ese era el monto total con rodaje gas y demás que al momento de entregar el camión no me cobrarían nada más solo devolvía y ya, y cuando llegó me iba cobrar 60 dólares por gas. Muy mala comunicación solo se aprovecharon de que era mi primera vez rentando este camión. Nunca los recomendaría, adicional me dieron un auto que me dejó varado y tuve que esperar casi dos horas para que llegaran a desvararme.
Erika RWe have rented uhaul trucks at this location on several ocassions but the customer service we received on 7/19/26 was exceptional. The lady at the front desk accomodated us with kindness and topnotch customer service even on a Sunday afternoon! Highly recommended!

ANTONIO BThe person who gave us the truck was an excellent, very professional person with great customer service. However, the person who received the truck was very unprofessional and provided poor customer service. She said, "Leave the truck there and have a nice day." I asked her if she was going to check the gas level, and she said, "I told you to have a nice day, you can leave now!" And they charged me for a full tank, but it was two quarts short when they gave it to me, as the receipt shows. That's poor customer service.
