ANDRES MNo one home when I dropped off the truck and trailer even though it was still 1/2 hour before the 4:00 closing. Dropped everything in the back and put the keys in the drop box, per earlier instructions but didn't realize that there was an online procedure for checking it in until I got home. I went back to complete the check in of the equipment but apparently I needed the keys to take real time photos to upload. You can't upload photos I had already taken to document the drop off. I count that as a flaw in the program. Called in the morning and the gentleman said he would check everything in and so that's where we are at.
