The owner was rude with my wife. We were overcharged and cheated. Horrible experience and will never deal with this store again and possibly may be done with u haul forever depending if they fix it.

The place on Chartiers Ave showed excellent customer service and represented U-Haul very well. They saved my moving day. The original pick up place on South Park Road should loose their U-Haul license. Not only did he not have the trailer, he refused to offer any assistance in locating one. He was disrespectful and nasty. Luckily the U-Haul operators were able to put me in touch with Chartiers Ave - I give them 4 thumbs up.

They made me wait, while they checked the truck, took the guys 15 mins to check it. It was fine, than it took the new girl 15 more mins just to tell me ok we will email your receipt to you. What a waist of 30 mins
