Truck I reserved was not there when I arrived, No One contacted me in regards to how to solve problem, ended up being over hour late to my job with smaller vehicle and had to cram everything in which delayed me another hour

Samuel BThe location was poor, they didn't have the equipment I was approved to rent, the truck was in rough shape, and I was over charged.
Salim JThere was a confusion on the address of the pick up. I stopped at two other places it was saying W. Carson St. but the vehicle was on Earl Street other than that I was satisfied.
Harry SYes you whore is overcharging me for this truck $78 and I got the truck I didn't even had a truck for not even 2 hours I'm on the truck back cuz the pickup I had to pick up was canceled so the truck came back less than 2 hours so I should be getting a little refund
