Don't set up promise times online then tell the customer they have to be back 2 hours before they are promised, just wait in line for 30 mins.

Outside of the horrible scheduling issue, the dolly was dislodged from the holder, which more than likely means I'm going to get a bill for use of a dolly that was never touched. Didn't notice that the seal was broke until we had unloaded the Uhaul so it was too late to make my claim. Pretty sneaky way to make extra money.

Windshield wiper (the rubber part) was broken on drivers side (yea, it was raining). The headlights are terrible, play in the steering wheel (pitman arm, or tierods are bad). Vehicle was NOT cleaned out, still had moving pads and the dolly. which took up valuable space for us. I signed the truck out at 1pm, told them I would be back for it around 5, came down and grabbed it (the theater is literally on top of a hill looking down on the location), and the attendant grabbed me and said the truck was checked in and demanded to see my rental agreement, I showed it to her. she asked me if I would wait for her to check on it, I told her NO. I had 50 people waiting to load this truck from a show. I did not have time. She continued wasting my time trying to get me to stay for her to look it up. I told her no repeatedly, and why do you think I have the keys to a truck that was checked in? I told her if she had an issue, come to the top of the hill. Then she left me go I do not have time to waste on other people's incompetence. thanks, Edward Griffiths

I refuse to pay for these services because the truck kept breaking down and stalling out...which caused me to rent the truck an extra day and pay movers an extra day....and the customer service was no help at all...had to have the truck towed twice at my own expense...i will never use uhaul again...and will never recommend them either!!!!

Although the young lady that waited on me was excellent, she was busy at the small store that was in the station and unable to assist my 78 yr old brother and myself, even tho we are both in fairly good shape and mechanically inclined, had a little trouble hooking up a 6x12 trailer. Got it hooked and our way. Need more help. She did come out once and ask if we had questions.

I reserved a truck at a closer location, but was bumped to Carngie. No biggie. When I arrived at Carnegie, the woman behind the counter was friendly. She asked where I'd parked. "Across the street" I told her. "Good", she said. Other than genuine friendliness, the service was lacking. After being handed keys and being told to "look out back", I found I'd been given truck with the windshield completely iced over. This morning, the temperature was 9 degrees. And this was one of many 10' trucks available, but the only one iced-over. I went back into the office and asked for a scraper (hoping the rep would do me one better and give me one of the non-iced over vehicles). The rep apologized, grabbed a scarper, and told me to wait in the office while she took care of the ice on the windshield. I waited and she politely returned, I smiled, thanked her, and went back to the truck. It was still iced over. Being that I was using the truck to load-in for a time-sensitive event, I was now behind schedule. I grabbed a credit card and started the truck to defrost the windshield myself. When I got on the road, I was happy that I could still make good time. My next stop was to a prop storage where I would be loading props into the truck, to be delivered to an event. As I unlatched the loading door of the truck, I realized the entire rear seam where the door meets the bumper was also covered in a inches-thick coat of ice. I could not get the loading door to lift. I called the office from which I'd rented the truck, but the number online was outdated. I called UHAUL's 1-800 number, and spoke to a very nice rep about my time-sensitive situation. She told me she had my phone number on file, was putting me through to UHAUL roadside assistance, and then we were disconnected. By this time, I was not just running late, but my entire event was in jeopardy. I went outside in the now 11 degree weather with an extension cord and a hair dryer and spent 45 minutes melting the ice away from the loading door seam. I had spent an additional 10 minutes trying to pull the door open, but as it was a strain to my back, I stopped. After more hair dryer and some serious elbow grease, I was finally able to lift the loading door of the truck. When I returned the truck that afternoon, I told the rep what I'd been through. She knocked some mileage of the final balance. I went to my car. I had a ticket as I was evidently, parked in a permit only area. However . . . my 2nd experience (in Bridgeville, PA) was excellent.

The service at Knorrs was awesome! The ladies that worked there were flawless. The issue was with the online scheduling. We required a 10' box truck. We wanted it for 24 hours. We were picking it up late Friday for a Saturday move. When we got there, we were informed that we had to have the truck returned by 10 AM. This is unacceptable. We had to substitute a van for the 10' box truck. This caused us to incur extra costs as we had to make three trips, rather than the one. Though the van is the same length, it was not the same width or height. We could've done the move in one trip. A trip that would've been 3.9 miles turned into five trips of 3.9 miles. A difference of 15.6 miles, costing us an extra $9. Not to mention there was a sub zero wind chill in the area, endangering the safety of our movers. If you are renting a truck for 24 hours, then, one should be able to keep the truck that they ordered for 24 hours.

Made a reservation for a truck over the phone WITH A REPRESENTATIVE--to that makes it that much worse--and it wasn't there the closest truck was a location about 30 miles away and since you pay by the mile that was a no go for my budget, I had to move the next day with less help and now I'm stuck unpacking by myself #thanksuhaul

It turns out that this location has no customer parking on the premises for the local/one day renter. That is something that should be mentioned on the U-Haul website. Other than that the people who worked there were friendly and courteous.
