Great experience. Thank you for the service! Clerk was very nice. She knew what she was doing and keep the transaction simple. I believe the same lady was there at drop off and she was also on top of it. Came out to the truck and finished the drop off for us. Everything was billed correctly with a receipt in my email the next day. 10/10 experience. Thank you for making the experience easy
Stacey SGive us a location to park our personal vehicle. They now are expecting me to pay an extra $20.00 because they didn’t give me a place to park my personal vehicle. You CANNOT expect someone to rent a vehicle without giving them a place to park theirs. The sales person with long red hair was very kind courteous, and speedy. I appreciated her time. Please give her a shoutout and a company paid for lunch. Or an extra paid day off. She deserves it.

Christine RAttendant was Great . No improvement needed there . She was going to let me park on their premises since i was only using the truck for a couple hours. Then the Boss came and threw me out and said go park across the street in the Family Dollar lot . So much equipment was parked in the lot there was no room to park many cars and being a gas station I could see why she wanted me to park elsewhere . No Real Biggie .

JeanMarie BI’ve already spoken to multiple people about this but the truck broke down on the side of a very busy interstate. It was rented out with the oil light on and was even told that the truck was down within the past week and should never have been sent out. I had to wait 30+ minutes on interstate right outside downtown Pittsburgh when I was told service roadside would be 90 minutes. Fearing for my safety and the fact that a severe thunderstorm was coming in, I had to order an uber to get back to my car which I left at the pick up location and cost me $30. I then had to return to the scene when the mechanic arrived due to some asinine policy. He confirmed in 5 minutes that the truck needed towed. I lost 4 hours of my moving day dealing with this ordeal. I should not be charged for this rental

Carrie HVery friendly service! The vehicles always start in "tow/haul" mode so they should inform customers what that is and how to turn it off when driving empty. I like that they now have you take photos of the vehicle before you drive it.

peggy wMy family has utilized the UHaul location in Carnegie, PA multiple times. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, honest and know their business. We always check the vehicle over for any unlabeled damage, fuel level and submit our uploaded pictures for assurance. Never had any issues whatsoever!

Jim AFuel should be verified as full upon pick up. I paid $27 for 6 gallons of gas and only traveled 22 miles.

Shakir RCashier was very rude. Additionally, she seemed to imply I had scratched the cargo van, and actually left a voicemail in front of me asking her boss how to get dog hair off the passenger seat. My dog sat there, it isn't like I brushed her and emptied shit all over the vehicle. I've also never had to leave two extra phone numbers when renting a truck from U-Haul or any company, but she made me leave three contacts "for collateral." I've paid $50 in the past for similar and longer drives, but my total was almost $100. Based on her attitude and things she implied, it seems she added extra charges without communicating.
OLIVIA SIt was easy to get a rental set up, both employees I had dealt with were very kind and helpful when picking up and returning the vehicle.
ALEX SThe clerk was by herself and actually was not there when we arrived. We had to wait for her to come back from wherever she went.
