The personnel were extremely helpful, but there was human waste on the ground outside the trucks.

Employee had not checked in the truck from the previous person. It took a while to figure out what to do. I was also originally supposed to pickup in another location but someone called me to tell me I had to drive an extra 30 minutes away to pick it up here. Which costed me miles on the rental
Brady GMy dolly was not in the truck. No person to help made for a long pick up. Pittsburgh has many Uhaul locations, we would have preferred a uhaul store.
