I did not choose this location. I reserved a truck online, requesting the UHaul site in Lemon Grove. UHaul told me I had to go to Fast & EZ for the truck I wanted as the Lemon Grove store didn't have one. The girl at the counter had one other UHaul rental prior to mine. She couldn't answer my questions and didn't understand procedures. This location did not have the pads I reserved so I had to go to another UHaul site to pick them up.
I called UHaul customer service and they weren't much help either. Ultimately, I went to the Lemon Grove location and they switched out the truck and provided the furniture blankets at no charge. UHaul Lemon Grove on Massachusetts rocks! The online experience and Fast & EZ not so much.
