I reserved a truck for a Convenient location to me three weeks before my move. When I went to pick it up, I was informed they did not have that truck and my location for pick up on their end showed a location many miles away. When I called that location, they said they did not have the truck available either. Ultimately, hours later and a location 15 miles further I got the truck. It was not smooth and wasted a lot of time and energy on my move day.

MANNUELBEKERT PMaybe let customer where vehicle is parked. They had quite a fleet of uhauls. Spent 15 20 min playing find a var.
MICHAEL OI returned the truck with the EXACT amount of gas but they still charged me for four gallons ($27.00) fuel charge. They ripped me off.
