The store only had one clerk to manage the convenient store, the gas station and Uhaul. She could not walk out to show which truck was available until no other customers are in the store. So the wait could be long. The phone number listed no one to answer. I had to call the Uhaul mainline to have them to contact whatever Business line that only Uhaul knows. The operating time posted and was told to customers was wrong. There is no key drop box available.

TERRY HThe truck I received had a horrid smell. It was so bad I had to put all windows down and get a car air freshener tree to mask the smell. The cup holders were not clean. I think they need to be more diligent in the cleaning of the trucks and air them out. The location is good however it’s convenience store clerks who also manage the trucks. I did call and complain of issue and the store manager gave me a refund. Hopefully that will eliminate another customer negative experience Thank you

RICHARD RI have rented U-Haul trucks and vans many times in the past from a different location. I have never rented a truck that was so dirty and that air conditioner was not working. I will never rent from this location again although the gas attendant at the store was very kind and helpful.
