A proper key Dropbox is not there so I was forced to leave the keys in the mailbox which could have been retrieved by anyone. When I picked up the truck the back was not swept out and there was a pair of underwear beside the driver seat.

Tom at A Plus Convience was excellent to deal with as your Uhaul application was crashing and causing issues as well. Don’t use Shiva transport as they were not open at the time my pick up was booked and have not returned my calls.

Drop off location was phenomenal. Staff was very pleasant and super helpful

If looking for prompt service, this location isnt for you. It took awhile to attend to me and to have the keys released to me. I couldnt do a key drop off as I was told I have to wait for system confirmation before leaving. The attendant didnt understand the system and has to call someone on video call to guide through, this delay took almost forty-five minutes.

Have the truck full of gas at pickup and drop off. Charging me $15.00 in gas for driving 9 miles? Seriously? I think someone's eye balling estimates of gas is out of whack. How many gallons of gas does it take to go 9 miles?

She never sent the contract or told me to take a photo of gas level before leaving . I stopped a block away and checked the gas was at 7/8. I only went 10 miles so most it should have taken is one gallon of gas. Yet I was charged 29.99 for gas. After I returned it she said it was on full when I took it which it obviously was not since I never let it run when I wasn’t driving and it doesn’t take 1/8 tank to go 10 miles. The truck smelled so dirty I could barely stand to drive it.

The gentleman helping us was great, but UHaul needs to simplify the booking and pick up experience. Due to app isssues, the pick up experience was long and confusing for everyone.

Very disappointed with customer service, deduct from my account $111.50 for deposit purposes not even return the balance money. I keep calling customer service leave msg on voice mail no one give call back .disgusting very very poor customer service.

I got stuck trying to pull the vehicle out of its parking space and needed the help of a passer-by to push me out. Having the snow removed around the parking space would have been nice so this wasn't an issue.
