DANNY WInterior cab was dirty but overall U-Haul experience was not good. Last minute call that 15’ truck was not available and had to fend for myself to get an appliance dolly. Not local dealer fault, but U-Haul fault.
Josh LWe were not given information on drop off. Rushed out to close. Thank goodness for the professionals at U-Haul in Pensacola Florida. They were nice and professional.
GARY LWe received a call 30 minutes before scheduled pick up asking when we’d be there because the manager had to go. The trailer had mulch on the bottom and the lights for turn signal on were never tested. This is not our usual place and we will not be returning. The difference between our normal place and this location had us thanking the normal place for its cleanliness and great customer service.
Robert WIt was an absolute disaster. I can't even explain from forcing me to get my rental 40 miles away to not having what I ordered ready. This was the worse experience I ever had with uhaul

Nathan PI am sorry and disheartened to report that once again I rented a u-haul, on Thursday December 7th, 2023 and was not supplied with the equipment which I requested and paid for in advance. Neither the utility Dolly nor the furniture pads were included. Once again I kindly request a refund and consideration of the repeated inconvenience and poor customer service I have experienced as a loyal, and frequent U-Haul customer. I was able to overlook and forgive the first incident, but I am now frustrated and feeling like my business does not matter to u-haul. Being without these items made my time sensitive move extremely difficult and extremely frustrating. Please see to my refund and address this situation asap. Thank you. Kind Regards, John J.Muise
JOHN MI live about 35 miles from this location, I wanted to rent from a u-haul dealer 5 miles from my home, they did not have the equipment i needed, so i drove the 35 miles to Dickson Tn, rented the equipment, towed the car back to Erin Tn., my home town. when I asked if I could drop off the car dolly at the location 5 miles from my home, I was told I could but it would cast me about $50. dollars more, so I had to drive about 70 miles round trip to return the car dolly. my question? why could I not return the car dolly to the closed location, they needed one there (farm and feed Cumberland city Tn.) anyway ???

JAMES MWhen I arrived to the location to get my rental, the lady was rude and did not want to help me. She told me to go to another U-Haul rental or come back tomorrow when her husband was there to help me. While I was on the phone with customer service she wouldn’t let me leave and was trying to force me to provide her with my driver license so she could take a picture of it. The customer service rep I was on the phone with had to tell her for forcefully to let me go my id is in my contract. When I finally left to load the truck the back was dirty. I will NEVER rent from this location ever again!!!
Shaundrikka C26 foot truck AT3274R, JH1336E Disappointed in the dealer's lack of attention to maintenance of the truck, tire pressure, passenger rear outside 50psi and inside 40psi has slow leak drivers rear outside 70psi and inside 60psi ABS light on Parking brake, electronics work, but no braking effect to hold truck. Randy HThe first truck I reserved - we spent an hour at the lot trying to get through truck at another location. Their was a sign on the door that said closed due to the storm. Finally we were able to get inside the truck but no key. Uhaul representative found us another truck 2 miles away. We spent a little more but we lost about an hour and a half of time nto my move. So we were on a time crunch bc so much time was spent on trying to access the first truck I reserved. I definitely had better experience here then I did at my 1st reservation. However this experience made a stressful time even more stressful due to all the trouble we had to go through to access a truck that did not have a key. Then to drive to another location and start that process all over. Thankfully the owner showed up on that lot and made it easier. The whole mobile pick up needs to be improved bc they should not be displaying they have uhauls and do mobile pick up if they don't leave us keys.

Eddie CTo be specific this review is for the drop off location at 1410 US-70, Dickson, TN 37055 location. The older man working there gave me the rudest racist customer service experience in my life. U-Haul should have customer friendly representatives. To add the location should be condemned it was so filthy, dirty, messy, and cluttered. Some of the chairs were even unsafe to sit in.

Daniel OUhaul will never receive my business again nor would I recommend this company to anyone in the future. I reserved a 26 ft truck weeks in advance with pickup and drop off locations within 15 minutes from our destinations. Two days prior to our reservation, the locations and size of truck were changed. No explanation was given until I called. We not only had to drive over an hour to pick up and deliver it back, but we only received a 15ft truck. Multiple trips were required to complete our move.

Sarah BMy reservation was changed at the last minute by Uhaul. I had to drive an hour to pick up the rental and when I showed up I had to call and wait for the owner to drive back (10minutes) to unlock during his business hours. The last time I use U haul!
MATTHEW TOwner spoke broken English and wasn’t real familiar with the Uhaul website . I had populated all registrations information, but he didn’t seem to understand and took me through similar questions re where I wanted to drop off trailer to get the best rate. I had already filled that out. Although I had already took pics of my ID ( license), he required using it to take pics again on his phone. Owner couldn’t lift tongue of trailer by himself. I had to help him, I strained my back doing so.

He then changed my rental agreement 5 times, which Inknew nothing about. When I tried to drop off the trailer, I was told it was the wrong location, I had to drive 30 more miles and then was charged a “late fee” all because I was given the wrong information in the begu
ROBERT GMy equipment was not in the car. The uhaul was locked and I could not see the number through the glass. It took awhile to figure out which truck. I had to call, the lady was friendly. I was put on hold for 12 minutes, then it was disconnected. I spoke with another person. Finally got the truck going.
