ROGER HAfter returning the truck on time and replacing fuel, I was still charged $17. I called and a woman by the name of Peggy answered. I ask if she could explain the extra $17 that was charged. She was very rude about it and hung up in my face due to me repeating myself. But when checking out the truck the customer service was great. I’m not sure what was going on with Peggy that day.

Shatori WI don’t enjoy the rental process but the crew helped make it as smooth and easy as possible. As the paperwork was being finished the truck was brought up and when the paperwork was done I was able to be on my way immediately. Truly appreciated their efforts. Weather was a concern and they even played weatherman and checked to see when the next big storm was coming in. Thanks again..!..
DAVID HThe only issue I had was that I couldn't get the lock off of the truck. It may be helpful to let everyone know that they have to put pressure on the handle to get the lock to come off...in order to open the back of the truck and get the key out. Other than that, you guys were very, very helpful and took care of me quickly and efficiently! I'll definitely be back to this location!

ROBERT CWe were going to rent from your location on 35 and Bear Creek in DeSoto. Until the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and told my wife she couldn't have her emotional support dog, a 12 lb. York doodle, and she needed to wait on our vehicle. She was holding our dog when told, not asked, to wait in our vehicle. Needless to say we left and went to the Red Oak location and was greeted by very friendly people.

MARIO GTruck was in horrendous condition. The sun visor continuously fell down. I had to basically hold it up while driving. Then the clip that holds it in fell down, hit the dash and bounced up and hit me in the face WHILE I WAS DRIVING!! The check engine light was in and a lot tire indicator was on. I was simply told that there was nothing actually wrong with the truck. The truck didn't run right at all; while driving on the freeway I would feel the truck have no power to accelerate and the truck would slow down. That truck is on NO condition to be a rental!!

Joshua UWe had so much trouble picking up the truck and trying to get verification the truck road ruff and has a bad exhaust problem and when we tried to drop the truck off I had alot of trouble with the app and it bumped me off when I was in the middle of taking picks and would not let me return to finish at all and I feel that overall and after it's all said and done there's been more charges add and I feel we've been over charged and it was a very stressful and miserable experience it definitely wasn't worth being charged 154.00 for the time from 11:30 on the 13th to 8:00 am on the 15th witch was just 20 and it was only suppose to be 60 for 27 hours that's just ridiculous

Anthony AI returned equipment you gave me my receipt and then took another 120 something dollars out of my account without me authorizing it. That’s definitely not acceptable, it wasn’t discussed about it. It wasn’t told to me that will come out. They tally up my balance and gave me a receipt and after I left the store, they withdrew over $100 my account.

Colton NI'm pretty sure the truck I rented has never seen a maintenance shop. The rear tires were almost bald and if you could actually get up to 65mph the entire front end shook so bad it felt like the whole suspension was going to fall off. The process of getting and returning the truck was simple but please do better with maintenance on the vehicles.

Travis RNew style trailer hitch is awful. It rattles and pops because it cannot attach to the ball properly. Definitely not the locations fault. Just a bad design on the trailers. The older trailers had a tightening mechanism on the hitch connection which was much better.

sherika wEnsure that the customer has what they ordered before leaving. I ordered a dolly, in the hustle and bustle forgot and was charged for it and not refunded. The process to be refunded is not easy. If the business continues to do this then they will be richer on this alone.

Bobby DThe location was fantastic the people there were great. The company of Uhaul though has a lot of issues with the computer systems. Tried using the app and was unable it took me 7 times to get my ID uploaded because it couldn’t read anything correctly. And the Uhaul help desk called me after I picked up the trailer to tell me my order was canceled do to not showing up.

Marius DThe city rental truck has 182k and has a slow start when turning the key. Im unable to rent the better teucks because corporate wont allow them to rent as they are designated for "one-way" rentals. I am a corporate renter but all renters should feel confident in the vehicle and products rented at a company as large as Uhaul! This has been reported by the staff (Ray) to corporate as I was there when the report thereof was sent in. You guys wouldn't even fix the window knob in the truck! This is not just for ventilation but used in an emergency. Thus, the lack of repair is a safety hazzard. There's too much competition and money being spent to renters to worry about reliability of your vehicles. Again the personnel and customer service is top teir but equipment could be better.
