I won’t let you use the u haul and all Kept insisting to get insurance and was talking very rudely Would never suggest anyone to use this location.

MOHAMMEDNAUMANKH PDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to request a refund for additional mileage charges incurred as a result of being directed to a different location for my U-Haul pickup. I made a reservation under reference number 21904019 for a pickup at 462 Birchmount Road, which was listed as a 24/7 location with a mobile pickup option. However, when I arrived, I was informed by a U-Haul representative over the phone that this location had not set up key pickup and could not accommodate mobile pickup. This information was provided while I was waiting outside in the cold at the mobile pickup location, which was an outdoor parking lot. Although I have already been credited $50 for the inconvenience caused by the unavailability of my reservation, this does not account for the additional mileage I had to drive before and after my move to reach the alternate location at 1060 Kennedy Road, which was further from me but instructed by U-Haul as the new location I had to pick up from. I am requesting a refund for 20 miles to cover the extra mileage incurred due to the change in pickup location. I would appreciate your assistance in processing this request. BOYAN LThe lady at the counter was very nice and explained what I needed to know. The pickup location is by a major intersection so it was easy to access the van. Parking is a bit tight but it was functional.
ANDREW LThe mileage rate for the cargo van on your website is 0.69/km but I was charged 0.79/km regardless of telling the person that the rate is 0.69. The Van was not clean. There was a water bottle and small camping gas tank in the van.

Mahamat aThe gas gauge was inaccurate as per stated.Ihad to pay for an extra day because I was told I was half an hour late to return my rental Agent was busy in her shop and it took 34 minutes to get the keys and give my info.Upon returning my rental I had a $50.00credit which was to be applied to my final total.Again she said she didn’t know how to do it so I ended paying double the amount including my deposit also she was using her personal phone with my personal information.Public beware of this.I be used Uhaul numerous times and the service I received this time is concerning to me😢

apollo aThe truck was not kept in its best condition. And the location was closed upon return when they were supposed to be open at 9am. I would not choose this location again especially if I am being given a van like that.
