This was their last U-Haul rental according to the gentleman I got the truck from they are no longer renting U-Haul vehicles.

Really bad experience. Your company didn’t tell me the gas meter not working. The truck shut down on the freeway! No gas but the meter showed the gas level in the middle. It was really dangerous! I waited the road assistance in the middle of the freeway for 50min. No sorry, no compensation. And the dealer just told me that he didn’t know, either. Really disappointed.

U haul can be better , very hard to access to u haul app and so of the question and requirement didn’t name since . I arrive at 935am at the site. Again had still a hard time to go step by step , finally I rang the bell for help , told me to use the app and follow the direct , ask him if we can wait to get help , told us 10:30 am he will open , I Informed Yelp stated me 10 am opening - he said 10:15am - finally I was able to complete and retrieve the van rental . Came back early to drop off van, ask him if he can help us and get receipt . Told us to us the app . Customer service was t that nice .

Person wasn’t there and didn’t give requested rental equipment had to pay cleaning fee for 2 hrs of rental time seems excessive.

The truck was blocked in by another truck so I was delayed in getting my truck out. I called customer service, who transferred me 3 times to someone who finally said I could not get the keys to the truck blocking me to move it. This was a 20 minute phone call to hear I was unable to move the blocking truck. Frustrating. Lucky for me the person at the Sales office at the location showed up soon after to move the blocking truck so I could drive off with my rented truck. I was paying movers and this was wasted time and cost for me.
