I’m not quite sure about the self check in? It took me 20 minutes didn’t save any time but didn’t have to talk to anybody toss up on that. I’m not sure if the questions gonna come up later, but if you could upgrade the sound damping in the cab would be great. 😊

This place is claiming I’ve damaged my U-Haul and I haven’t . No one was there at drop off and I have photos of the truck undamaged. Awaiting to hear back from my claim against the charges on my account

I returned the truck and trailer on a Sunday when all locations in my area were closed. My receipt said I needed to call for return location information. My hold time on the phone was quite long. I can’t comment on the cleanliness of the inside but the outside was well kept. This location is a house type location in center of town so parking is limited to their small parking lot. Over all a good experience.

truck was messy, not terrible but I sure wouldnt have returned it that way, truck was not full of gas, it was no problem for me other than having to g back in and tell the very nice lady working there about the gas. when I got my invoice i was charged for a dolly and pads that I didnt ask for when I made my reservation, then I had to call and fix the problem, more of my time wasted. The lady fixing the invoice problem was very nice too

The truck was snow and ice covered when I arrived. I was dropped off so I did not have an ice scraper or brush, nor was there one in the vehicle. It was a significant struggle for me to clear the ice and snow from the windshield. While driving, large chunks off ice would blow off the top of the truck, which could have caused major damage to other vehicles
