Great service
Steven HPost signage on the door showing the office hours. After another U-Hall location couldn't provide the required vehicle, we were referred to American Freight for the truck that we needed. We arrived around 10:30 a.m., to find the facility closed. We waited around to see if someone would show up. Some one did finally arrive around 11 a.m. to open the shop. A sign on the door showing office hours would have given us some reassurance that we would be getting a truck without further complications.

William DThe person charged me 30 dollars more than the rental was supposed to be. I brought the Uhual back in a couple of hours instead of the 24 hours allotted to me. The owner never closed out my account until the very next day. I had to call him in order for him to do it. Just one of the worst Uhual experiences I’ve had.
Raqib SThe agent that processed my rental gave me a larger truck than what I reserved. She then charged me for fuel after showing her my receipt for fuel I had pumped in the truck, and I had returned it with more fuel than what it had upon departing with it. She up-charged me for the larger truck without notifying me in advanced there would be a up-charge. When we arrived, the truck I reserved was parked next to the truck I was given, but she said the truck I reserved was out of service and unavailable after complaining about the up charge at check out. She was incompetent and couldn’t address any discrepancies with the bill. She wasted my time and played dumb in hopes that I would just pay it and leave. At the end, She said she didn’t handle the rental services and that the gentleman that did wasn’t there. I left because I was late to a Christmas concert for my daughter. I called the following day and the next day after and couldn’t get back in touch with anyone who would help me with anything. I will never rent from U-Haul again after this experience. You should spend more time with your franchisee’s and properly train then to represent your brand. This branch is a terrible representation of your company.
