I was a bit concerned about the connecting the enclosed trailer to my truck as the fella hooking the trailer up, as well as the young girl he was obviously trying to train, did not know why the safety chains were crossed. Only that they were supposed to be crossed but, had no understanding as to why. I explained it to both the fella as well as the young girl he was attempting to train. Anyone being held responsible for hooking up a trailer should know not only how to but, should also understand what they are doing and why. Both of them need more training and better training. But, both were nice people.

If I sign your contract marked with vehicle having. A quarter tank of gas I expect it to be at half. This experience with your overcharge on fuel is ridiculous.

not a thing. This drop off was awesome. the lady at the desk who took care of me was just what I needed after the 2200 mile journey I had just finished with my 15ft UHaul.

They forgot to include the dolly I rented. Also, the process to pick up the truck by phone is not the most intuitive, unless it's just in this location, and they were not entirely helpful. I will not be renting from this location again.

Truck gate is rusted and difficult to manipulate for a women it was completely in possible. I had to wait for my husband to return from work to open and close it. When it was time to return it, I couldn’t close it so had to drive with it slightly open because I was already late.

No one was present. The access roads and parking area around this location are in a sad state of repair. Equipment is spread around the location in a very dis-organized fashion.

I appreciate the after hours drop off and have used this location multiple times. I think it would be helpful to have a stash of chock blocks in a corner somewhere to minimize a trailer from rolling away. Maybe they’re there, but I didn’t see any. The trailer didn’t roll away on me but the grade was sloped just enough to be able to push a 6x12 back with one hand.

Man that came out to see if we had been helped seemed a little racist and very short when speaking with me. I also don't appreciate that it's a flate rate rental and not like a regular vehicle rental. I was done with my rental a whole 24 hours early but still stuck with the same amount of initial rental

The truck had no ac they charged me for returning the truck the same day just at night. They charged me for extra miles and over all the experience was terrible

tire pressure light on when i got in the van. agent sold me SafeTrip (or whatever it is called) saying it covered any damage completely. when i returned the van, there were so many trucks in the area where I was supposed to take the return that it was very very tight. When I tried to turn in, I didn’t cut it quite wide enough, and I scraped onto another truck that was parked in the middle of the driveway. and then I got charged a $150 deductible. I feel I was misled by what I was sold for $15 and I think the agent is negligible by having such a large number of trucks and vans there that it wasn’t easy to return anything. I will not recommend this location.

The truck had a leak in the seam on top of the trailer. It rained during the move. My sofa and mattress got soaked. I've rented here several times before, never had a problem.

Major pot hole on driveway as soon as you pull out from the back. Not a lot of room to pull trailer out from back. You can see that the building has been hit numerous times.

The interior of the cabin of the truck was clean, the box part of the truck had a really bad smell. Smelled really bad it made all of us moving extremely nauseous. Not sure of what the person prior to us moved but it made the truck smell extremely bad. I requested 2 dolly’s but they were not placed on the truck. Overall pretty simply process to check out and check back in.

Make sure that the location that you rent the truck from has it so you don’t have to drive 30 minutes out of your way to get a truck. Very inconvenient.

Make the checkout process easy. I have both of our names on the reservation and the agent need up to change the name on the profile, change the name on the reservation, upload the other person's picture and driver license, upload the first person's driver's license, ..... It took us around 1 hour to pick up the truck. I don't know if it was specific to this location or all U-haul is like this, but it was annoying. Also the back yard was not lit enoguh and it looked very dark. The backyard needs maintenance. The driveway from front of the building to the back would not accomodate two cars side by side. It needs to be widened.

I was charged extra $20.00 eventhough I’ve returned the rental van in time because the office was close and did not use the an app to check it in. The only instruction I’ve got was where to drop the key after office hours . I was given a paper with fine prints about the online check in . Beware .
